Large Items (Large Parcel)

Items that are too large, fragile or heavy to ship with UPS / FedEx will ship with large parcel carriers who specialize in furniture delivery. We automatically select the best team of carriers for your delivery. Your order will be carefully and professional handled from start to finish making sure it arrives to you safe and sound.

- Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
- Your order is delivered to a Local Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential delivery.
- Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging or your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
- Transit time for Large Parcel orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.
