At Room & Decor, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Order number and a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that customers are responsible for returning items within 30 days of receiving them if customer return is accepted. 2. Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
3. Your order is delivered to a Local Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential delivery.
4. Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging or your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
5. Transit time for Large Parcel orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.
