All products come with a 3-month factory warranty starting from the date of delivery. During this period, the Buyer may request partial replacement, or full replacement in the case of manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions:
The factory warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, unless approved in writing by the Seller.
- Products purchased from sources other than our website.
- Products that have their own specific warranty policy.
The warranty is provided directly by the factory, and we will forward your warranty claim to them. Please note that we have no control over the factory's decision, and all judgments regarding warranty claims made by the factory are final.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
To submit a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- At least three images of the product, including clear pictures of the defects.
- A detailed description of the issue and circumstances related to the defect.
Additional Warranty Notes:
- In the event that the product has been discontinued, we may issue a refund between 30% to 40% of the purchase price if the claim is approved.
- Please note that shipping costs are not covered by the factory warranty and customers are responsible for each shipping costs.
