At Room & Decor, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Order number and a receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that customers are responsible for returning items within 30 days of receiving them if customer return is accepted. We are unable to accept returns that are sent without prior approval or after the 30-day period.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Large Items (Large Parcel)

We want to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition quickly and efficiently. Items that are too large, fragile or heavy to ship with UPS / FedEx will ship with large parcel carriers who specialize in furniture delivery. We automatically select the best team of carriers for your delivery. Your order will be carefully and professional handled from start to finish making sure it arrives to you safe and sound.

The Delivery Process:

1. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item. All options will be displayed at checkout.
2. Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
3. Your order is delivered to a Local Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential delivery.
4. Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging or your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
5. Transit time for Large Parcel orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.
